Watch gets stuck after dismissing a notification

What I did:

1. I was changing the watch faces. Cannot remember whether I clicked apply, but the watch face shown at that moment was a built-in watch face.
2. A notification came from my phone, and I swept right to dismiss it.
3. The watch got stuck:

5. Pressing buttons didn't help, but the flashlight control was working. However, the quick control menu won't disappear after turning off the flashlight:
