Cannot turn off the sleep mode

When go for a run i press start stop to start the run mode. But poop up to turn on /off sleep mode. I unable to off.why? Press many times also cannot.

Can you please try and explain that again, but with each step and what you're seeing?

It seems like you're unable to turn sleep mode off after you've started a run?

My first impression is that you haven't configured your sleep window properly.

16.22 bug. Restart and wait until set sleeping time is over.

I already turn off the sleep mode. But when go run mode it show again ....End sleep? Press right but nothing happen. Cannot go to run mode.

I reset the watch. Then is back to normal. I turn off the sleep mode. But after a week it come back again. Sleep mode turn on automatic n i press off also back to the bug. Cannot turn off the sleep de
