Hi there! This is my first post on this forum... On Saturday I've decided to eventually upgrade from my trusty Vivoactive 4 to Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar... I've deleted the Vivo from my Garmin Connect, added Fenix, updated everything I could (now it's running on 16.22 firmware)... and I can't add any cards to my Fenix 7. I've spent a lot of time on the phone today to Garmin Europe Support, two phone calls to my bank. My bank says that everything is OK on their side. Interesting thing is that I can add the same cards both to my Google Wallet and my Vivoactive 4 (when I re-pair it), but when I try to add to my new Fenix and error pops up. I've tried reinstalling the app, clearing cache, clearing data of both Garmin Connect and Garmin IQ, I've tried factory resetting the watch... nothing worked so far... I've sent my compressed Garmin folder from my watch to Garmin Europe Support, I've sent them some logs from the Garmin Connect app and they supposedly have sent it to Garmin Engineering Team - but it may take weeks... I'm posting this thread with hope, that someone will be able to come up with some brilliant idea before The Garmin Engineering team...
