Problem with Glances settings

Old issue that has been on and off over the years, Garmin seem incapable of keeping this "fixed". I abandoned the app entirely (map and firmware updates via WiFi).

Thanks for your answer. So it means, that every time I want to update the maps, I will need to wait forever (wifi on the watch is very slow). 

I used to download last Europe update in one charging cycle the last time, this time it seems to taker longer (don't now why, but it said it will resume next time). But map updates aren't that frequent (I deleted golf and ski maps I don't need, so it's only the base map).

But yes that would be more time consuming. Your choice.
