Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire, the earbud connection with the watch has been terrible.

Since switching from the Fenix 6 to the Fenix 7 the earbud connection with the watch has been terrible. Often there is tons of drop out, especially if I'm running in a ravine, I don't understand how the Ravine could even have this effect.

As of today I cannot maintain a connection to the watch or even renew the connection to the watch. The watch is only 7 days old.

If the headphones used have an additional footpod/Accelerometer sensor feature, ensure it is not paired as a footpod. (Look for "FP" in the sensor details of the paired headphones) Specific to Jabra headphones, we have this; Audio Cuts Out When Using My Jabra Headphones With My Garmin Music Watch

Some customers have experienced an improvement to reception by turning the bluetooth off on their phones. While we know this is not an ideal experience, knowing if this works to improve the connectivity will help us to better understand the issue.

How can I reach out privately? Previously an agent at Garmin told me they would replace this Fenix 7, the shipping label/box never arrived.

A new problem has come up with the Fenix 7 over the past month or so. I've called support but did not get a resolution. The watch no longer sees my home wifi or my phone hot spot. I've been using the phone hotspot for the past 6 months because for about 7 months the phone cannot connect to any wifi network in any of the countries I spend time in.
