The watch did not pairs with the computer. That is a new bug introduced with 16.22. Bug was confirmed from other Fenix 7 users. No work around.
Not a priority but a fix would be welcome.

Just tried and it actually works. Super weird, but at least i am able to use that feature
it's great that we have a workaround but it would be better if we could get @Garmin - Chris to add this to the bug report
For me with 17.15 Beta it still does not work. Under connectivity, the option to connect to pc is vanished and just wlan and mobile are remaining.
If I connect the watch with the cable and express it still does not work.
At 16.22, the option to connect to pc is not under connectivity (that's only phone and wifi) but under sensors & accessoires

Mobile is disconnected. Connection for Mobile is deactivated. Game on is running an the connection application for PC on the watch is running. No connection.
Is this error during pairing ? if not, can you try re-pairing (and in gameon, remove the paired device if any)
No, no error it is just searching forever. No paired device.
I also encounter the issue, hopes garmin will fix it soon
Don't forget to write a bugreport to garmin if you haven't already
