Fenix 7x ... shows multisport activity on the watch. But won't sync and doesn't show up in the Activity Folder as a .fit file. Any other things I should try?

I did a multisport activity yesterday. It's showing on the watch. It won't sync to Garmin Connect. When I look in the activity folder the .fit file is no where to be found. Any other thoughts on how to retrieve my file?

I had the same problem and found the .fit on folder "fenix 7\Internal Storage\GARMIN\TempFIT"

You might try editing in Garmin Connect Web.

Thank you so much for your effort! Really appreciate the time you have put in!

Edited the bike leg and added the transition.

Just one more question: Could it be that because of the editing the total calories are lost? The datafield regarding calories shows up but there is no number and I couldn't work it out to add them manually within the activities. They did show on the original activity.

Any suggestions?

Can confirm this issue is still active and not fixed by Garmin.

Is the activity fit file in the TempFit folder? Did you try a manual upload - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Unfortunately I've been unable to mount my garmin to my Mac to access the Tempfit folder.
