Stress Alert

Is it possible to create an alert for the Stress app? Would save me at least from checking the watch.

So far really impressed with the product!

What I am looking for is being able to have the Stress App alert me at a certain point I select. Example is I want the app to alert me when it crosses into the high range. Cheers,

You can enable stress alerts on the Health and Wellness Settings menu. I'm not sure if this is what you are after, but that's what's available.
