Well yeah...but it has changed recently and is now hugely inaccurate. I work out quite a bit to get a weekly intensity score of 500 or more. That's where I set my goal and has been for years. It works for me. However, this week with the same intensity I'm at 94. I've not changed my intensity, in fact it may be even more recently with better weather.
I have seen no change in the way IM are calculated over at least the past year - it has been very consistent for me:
