Watch not charging

My Felix 7s has stopped charing, I’ve cleaned out the port and tried two difference chargers. Tried to reset it with no luck. Tried two difference chargers still nothing. What can I do?

Different chargers with different cable, or using the same cable? In the later case, try a different cable too. Also try charging from an USB port…
