Dear Fenix users,
almost every night, my stress level is higher than 15. Garmin says a good level is below 15. I tried all the recommendations for a good sleep and yes I can see some progress, as well in the figures as in my personal feeling, but it's almost not possible to achieve 15 or lower. The result is that the body battery always never charges to 100% in the morning. My personnel feeling is that I feel sometimes tired in the morning, but I'm not sure if it's because of the stress level at night or what else to do to improve that. So I would be highly interested how your figures are? How is your stress level at night and how good is your body battery charged in the morning?
