7X SS Pulse OX setting disabled.

Greetings,

I'm trying to disable the Pulse Ox sensor on my Fenix 7X SS. The problem is when I get to the setting it's disabled and can't make any changes. I've tried going though settings and though the widget but still the same issue. I can't make any changes due to being disabled. I can barely read that it's set to "Manual Check". I checked Garmin Connect this am and Pulse Ox has data from overnight.

Any ideas why it's disabled and how to shut off Pulse Ox? I just don't need it.

You can't disable it completely. "Manual Check" is the "disabled" option as it will only start if you manually start it.

There is also "always" for 24/7 and "during sleep" for measuring during sleeping hours.

is you watch in batterysave mode? If it is and pulse ox is of in battersave mode settings then it will be greyed out i sensor pulse ox settings

I am sorry to hear you are having this concern. For this, as Bullet mentioned, confirm the battery save is disabled. If there is no change, I would recommend completing a hard reset. To do this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power on again, and see if you can access the Pulse Ox setting.
