Amazon Music on Fenix 7 - what am I doing wrong?

I have downloaded the Amazon Music app to my Fenix. I have an Amazon Prime subscription. I have made an all-access playlist with the music I want to listen to during my runs. For some reason I can only see the playlists from Amazon, not the one I created. What am I doing wrong? I have synched many times on GarminConnect and on the Fenix but to no avail.

  • You will need an unlimited subscription to use your own playlists. Prime is not enough.

  • As far as I can tell, you are doing nothing wrong.  I am also a Prime only member and missing the Personal All-Access list and my Purchased songs.  I've read the terms/conditions multiple times and Prime only members should have access to all the All-Access playlists.  You'll need Unlimited if you want to create playlists of any song.  I've complained both in the CIQ review list and emailing the developer.  Nada.

  • You need upgrade your subscription to unlimited type, since the premium subscription only support  shuffle playlist, and if you want to pick and play any song, you should subscribe to the Unlimited subscription, which is much expensive, and is a ongoing expenses.
