Is it possible to take a photo using the watch with the phone?

I've seen a few apps on Connect IQ, but they require an additional app on the phone and take photos in lower quality. I would like the photos to be taken with the phone's built-in camera. The 'find phone' function shows that the watch can, for example, activate the alarm sound and the LED light to illuminate the camera, so it's possible.

It would be possible to create a phone app that hits the shutter button, somebody has to create that or add a watch widget to an existent app that does it, like "intervalometer".

Perhaps if we talk about it more often, Garmin's developers will introduce such an option.
