Felix pro 7. Start/stop button is not working. Already followed the cleaning instructions and no change. When I try and restart manually it gets locked/frozen when turning back on. In order for it to “properly” start, I have to hold the start/stop, back and power button together all at the same time. After the first beep I release the start/stop. Somehow using that strategy brings the device back to a working state (except the start/stop button not working). Watch is also in no touch screen mode and so I can’t do anything with it. Watch is fairly new was bought in November. Any help?
