Fenix 7 pro. Activity options not available

I have the new Fenix pro watch and once I’ve completed or selected a workout I no longer have the choice of other activities. I’ve tried just about every button but the only way to change the activity is through my programmed calendar. Even after a few days if I did an indoor cycle this is the only activity available. Please help .

Contact Garmin Support in your area - they will sort it out for you.

When on the watchface, press the start button (top right). If then only indoor cycling is showing up, this is your only favourite activity. When you scroll down (either by pressing the bottom left button or via touchscreen) you get to other activities. From there you can start the activity using the Start button or add it to favourites by long pressing the middle left button.
