Is training readiness broken?

In the past I had problems maintaining training readiness at a half decent level. At the moment it's pretty much constantly on High, despite running on about 5 days per week and doing a somewhat mountainous hike on another day. I mean, I had a speed interval run the day before yesterday and a longer run that was clearly too long yesterday, both were marked as "nah, not good, you seem to be straining yourself too much" and now I'm back at High. The only thing half positive in the details is a low stress history. I could sleep a bit better, recovery time is low, my HRV is currently low, etc. But apparently I can go on a run again tonight.

    I don't understand that bit.

Could you post a picture of the details of your training readiness components, load focus, exercise load and training load?

  • Got the same problem on my 955, training readiness is way to high. Just run 10k (and trained every day since monday), and my training readinnes is 80 right after my run, "you are restored and ready". Nope, i am not. Recovery actually says "20 hours". I guesstimate my training readiness is usually around 50 after a 10k like today. Its been high like this for a week or two. Dont know whats wrong, cant pinpoint it to a update or something like that.
