Start/Stop menu changed.

I went for a walk yesterday and my battery went flat.
since I recharged my watch my Start/Stop menu has now changed and no longer contains activities…before it went straight to run walk cardio etc.

how can I get it back or must I do a hard reset?
soft reset does nothing

Was Your watch restored from backup in history? Because if it was, this is still unresolved issue - missing activities profiles after rebooting or connecting to PC on restored watch.

Got around it by just adding the activities I need and now it just comes back as normal I think
