Connect IQ APP - Deletes the wrong Watch Face

Hi,

under Epix2 forum,  and other report an issue, that i encounter too on my F7Xss. Are you concerned ?

"I have FaceIT installed - and when I delete an IQ watch face in CONNECT iQ, the wrong watchface gets deleted on the watch and the watch displays an IQ error icon. In ConnectIQ the watchface is still installed but gives an « error try again » message when you try to modify the settings. The app and watch have to be restarted and the ciq watchface has to be reinstalled."

"I have the same issue

  • F7X ss
    • using system 14.68 (not really sure of this at my side)
    • then 15.xx (Beta and Live)
  • iPhone iOS - 17.1.2
  • Connect IQ Store - 2.25

  • using FaceIT feature/space
  • or only adding/removing WF from the CIQ Store App, My Device/My WF.
    • 2 times i have to remove all the installed WF to be able to recover a normal behaviour.
  • I try to restart my watch without luck
    • normal process
    • using Light button process"
