FENIX 7 Pro Solar / Training Effect / HR Zones / Power Zones

Hi,

i'm a cyclist (80%) and runner (20%). I was using my apple watch for running and wahoo roam, zwift for cycling.

For better training and analysis i switched to the fenix 7 pro.

Now i'm struggle with the HR Zones and Training effect.

I'm 32 years old, 187cm and 88kg and my ftp is around 300 Watt. My max Heartrate is around 175 bpm. So its quiet low.

Today i was riding on zwift with an average of 250 watt and avg HR of 130 bpm -> Ended up in Base Training.

For me its quiet impossible to do cycling with an avg HR > 145/150 bpm. At running its possible to bring it up to 155 HR when i'm running an pace of 5:20min/km.

My VO2Max on cycling ist 58 and running 48. by the way App and Watch show different counter.

I'm not sure the training effect feature fits to me, because my HR is to low. Am i doing anything wrong?
