I have an irregular heartbeat (see attached) and am surprised that Garmin classifies this as "Sinus Rythm". Seems like this should be put in category "Inconclusive"

Oui c est tout à fait possible d avoir une arythmie sinusal à différencier d une arythmie par fibrillation auriculaire qui la n est pas sinusal et et pathologique

If you didn't know anything before, a cardiologist should take a look at it.
After all, a regularity (4 normal deflections, 1 abnormal) can be seen in the graph.
You are on sinus rythm. It seems that what you have is called ventricular extrasystoles. They are pretty common, usually less than 20 every hour is ok. Nevertheless, you should talk with a general doctor or cardiologist to check it with a full ekg and maybe a holter.
Sinus rythm is not as related to regularity as we usually think. All of your complex (except VES) are with a p-wave before, so you are on sinus rythm and definitely not in a-fib (what the watch "diagnose").
