Hi all, first post as I have thoroughly failed to problem solve myself and can't find anything helpful online. When I have a workout the zones are totally different to what I have them set as. This is both when im in the workout as also on the workout summary. The zone 2 should be about 132-145 based on 80% - 88% of a LTHR of 165 but as you can see its showing as 117-136 which is totally different. I have tried switching to HRR and that does the same thing. Power also seems to be out too, I did a very easy treadmill run to test the zones and it shows as max power zone. I have adjusted the LTHR, reset zones, change method it is based on. I could try manually enter them but it's nice to be able to have the ranges update automatically based on activity date as my LTHR is likely a fair bit below what it should be based on previous tests. Does anyone have any ideas?
