Hello,
I'm a Fenix 7X Pro Sapphire Solar Titanium user here. This device is the best one that i've ever used; stylish, lightweight, improved screen and more accurate sensors comparing to previous family members. Normally i would go for Epix Pro but i didn't like the black bands around the screen (on the place of solar ring).
Anyway, I got flu (or cold) on Tuesday (December 19th). Everything started with a sudden sore throat and pain in swallowing at early morning. I feel mostly recovered now.
Here is my condition 2 days before the flu;
Sleep Score: 93
Sleep Quality: Perfect
Resting Heart Rate: 48 bpm
Average HRV On Sleep: 64 ms
Maximum HRV: 95 ms
Average Respiration Rate: 14
Daily Average Stress Score: 21
My results for the first day of the illness;
Sleep Score: 54
Sleep Quality: Poor
Resting Heart Rate: 57 bpm (19% increase in RHR)
Average HRV On Sleep: 38 ms (40% decrease in Average HRV)
Average Respiration Rate: 14
Daily Average Stress Score: 50 (140% increase in average stress)
And here is the scene on the 2nd day of the illness,
Sleep Score: 34
Sleep Quality: Poor
Average Stress Score During Sleep: 72
Rem Sleep: 0 Min.
Body Battery: +15 (Sleeping doesn't add any energy)
Resting Heart Rate: 67 bpm (40% increase in RHR)
Average HRV On Sleep: 20 ms (Still decreasing)
Skin Temperature: +1,5°
Average Respiration Rate: 17
Daily Average Stress Score: 62 (still increasing)
I think the watch did what it's supposed to do and detected that there are some unusual things with the body. I remember that it gave abnormal high heart rate alerts a couple of time because my HR was beating around 100 bpm while sitting and going 120+ if i stand up and walk inside home.
My only concern with the watch is that bare Titanium bezel scratches easily;
