Watch face wants me to go yo a web site and enter a code

Has the ConnectIQ store been hacked and have I been hacked? I have 2 Watch faces telling me to go to web sites . One I did pay $6 for but it doesn’t work and won’t uninstall. Apparently it also corrupted other working watch faces that are now gone. So presently I have lost a good watch face I paid for, have a demo I can’t uninstall and one I paid for that crashed and can’t uninstall. This feels like hacking as I can’t do anything except go to a website and pay money.

garmin support can you respond?

This is nothing for Garmin support as you don’t pay Garmin. You pay on the developers website.
So you should contact the developer of the watchface if it does not unlock.

Use Garmin Express to delete the watchface or
Connect the watch to the computer, go to the main directory of the watch (Garmin folder) with the file explorer and search for .img files. Copy these to the computer to be on the safe side, then delete the files from the watch. You now no longer have a third-party watch face on the watch. As the copied files only have numbers but no names, you may be able to tell which WF is causing you problems by the date it was created.
You can also reload your paid watchface and enter the unlock code.
