If you mean continuously sweeping second hand as opposed to the usual 1 Hz "ticking" second hand, then no, no such analog watch face is available, AFAIK.

High refresh rate would burn through the battery very quickly. For that reason the screen is updated at most once per second. Personally I only use watch faces that update once per minute.
