How to clear recently used apps

Open the History Glance > press the upper right button > select Options > select Delete All Activities

Voila!

Thanks for the response, but that’s not what I’m trying to do. I just want to clear up the list that shows my recently used apps (timer, compass, weather, and such). 

I still don't know what you are asking about - where are you seeing this list?

I would assume that you wouldn't be releasing any significant resources by "cleaning" out the list.  I imagine that the list is only a link to a function call to open the app not too dissimilar to scrolling through the glance menu and selecting the app yourself.

It's the list of the recently used apps that I have used in the past (timer, compass, pulse ox). When you press the Lap/back button (bottom right) on my fenix 7x watch.
