Hello, I noticed that one part of the sensor has what looks like dirt on the inside. The watch is only a few weeks old. Is this a problem? Is it okay?

There was a similar topic here. I also have dust particles on the sensor. I note that the same problem is present on the apple watch.
I wrote to tech support for their opinion. They recommended to file a warranty claim at reseller. S I did and we'll see.
Although the particles do not impair the function, they may represent a malfunction of the entire clock because
1. either the installation was sloppy (not in a room with overpressure) or
2. the particles got into the sensor area after assembly, which could mean
3. not dustproof and probably not 100% waterproof
Absolutely! Contacting Garmin's customer support is the right move. Describe the issue with the dirt inside the sensor of your new Fenix 7X Pro. They should assist you in resolving the problem, whether through guidance on cleaning or a possible replacement.
HI,
that´s me who had the same problem :-). Now I have fourth! F7Pro which is finally good. The first had damaged vibrations, second had dust in sensor, the seller returned me the money, I ordered new and guess what? Dust again :-). So they sent it to service center and I got finally good piece directly from service center. I think that a lot of users has it same but don´t realized it...
Case closed. The watch has been exchanged for a new one under warranty.
