How do i add Mountaineering to my fenix 7

With my Fenix 5 I was able to set an activity not listed, I bought a 7 yesterday, so far it doesn’t look possible.
also they change the charging cable to USB C, a bit annoying to pack different power converter when travelling so
can just use the cable from my fenix 5?
