Last monday I have updated my Garmin Fenix 7x Solar Sapphire with the last version. Right after it reboots the Optical Sensors to measure HR, O2 and other health status stopped working. I noticed after that it also stops counting the steps and distance as well. Today I also noticed that the Wrist movements to turn on the light for example also stopped working.
I have opened a ticket in Garmin Support that was very active and I did as instructed all things, such as reinstall version, reboot (soft and hard), hard reset and reinstall etc. Nothing worked so far.
Reading this forum I just signed to the Beta Program and received the last Beta Version into my watch. Nothing changed, sensor lights still not working as well as other indicators.
Sent the video of the problem and the invoice of the purchase (last jun/23) and now support stopped responding. I guess that is because of thanksgiving.
Wish you guys had similar problem and have some tricks to test here to get this working. Not sure if it has to do with the version itself or a hardware problem. I didn't have any accidents whatsoever with it.
