HRV status in the red since 14.68

Tactix 7 Pro - I started using the HRV feature in Sept. 2022 and once my HRV baseline established, it has never dropped into the red. Not until my watch updated to 14.68 a couple weeks ago. Now it's on a downward trend due to abnormally low nightly readings. My actual HRV is just fine though (I also measure with EliteHRV-Polar H10). Somethings up... I can trace back the downward trend to the day that 14.68 prompted me to install. Anyone else experience this?

Hi, same symptoms on my Fenix as well, unfortunately. BTW my wife has FR955 and the same red HRV trend just after the last update. It is super frustrating as it shows that I’m constantly strained and should not run + training readiness is super low most of the time.

Same here, thought it was a cold at first but then it just didn't go back up, so much so that my baseline dropped as well

Its due to seasonal changes especially if you live in the nothern or southern hemisphere. Seasonal change from summer to winter change your hormones and as your body is adapting it will impact your HRV.
BUT, could be due to other factors aswell ex. asymptomatic virus infection

I had my v14.68 (@7. Oct.)

I see two trend changes with v14.67 (@21. Sept) and then after v15.68 (@25. Oct).

2 glasses of wine or beers give me a dip...

HI,

Same problem here since 14.68. Months with and stable green numbers and then the HRV drops each day. Who suppose that we going to have an accurates sports metrics?
