ECG setup issue

Glad I'm not the only one. I hope this is not hardware.
I don't even see the screen shown with the heart beats and the 30 s countdown.

Yet another.  Garmin Chat suggested retrying setting up the ECG app after a few days.  But sadly no joy.  I read that if your heart rate is too low the ECG feature won't work, and mine is normally in the upper 50s.  Fingers crossed after a couple more SW updates that more Fenix 7 pro folks can use this feature.

Bumping this.  Same problem with my 7Pro solar with titanium bezel.  It’s like the watch is waiting to detect the presence of my thumb and finger, but never does.  I’m wondering if the titanium is causing the problem, but that’s pure speculation.  Very disappointing. 

Strange that the titanium bezel is often the model when having issues.

I hope we have ECG spon, even with a a Titanium bezel.

ECG works on  my Fenix 7SPro sapphire solar titanium carbon

Any theories why it works for some and not others?  Did it work for you from day 1, or did it take a few weeks?

I had it set up and even managed to do 2 recordings. Since a week it's stuck on the same screen as you...

Works fine on my Epix pro sapphire titanium not in the USA.

Have you force stopped the connect app. i.e. swiped it to close, then restart and resync the watch?

Same issue here on my Fenix 7 Pro, I'm guessing something is wrong with detecting bezel touch, hope that's a software issue.
Still I've managed to take 2 readings so it's possible but very hard to start.
