So I added an 10km running event in my Garmin Calendar and after syncing my watch showed a nice "Race Adaptive Training Plan" including Base, Build, Peak and Taper phases.
But it has scheduled a run for almost every day (even recovery days).
Does this work the same as with Daily Suggested Workouts that if you just skip a day it will automaticly adjust?
I am planning not to do more than 3 runs each week which is much less than my current created plan subscribes.
