My Fenix 7 continually disconnects and reconnects to my iPhone 12 running IOS 16.7 since 14.68 update

The connect/disconnect happens within seconds of one another but ALL DAY LONG.  Drives me nuts. 

  • I am sorry you have the issue.

    Please try the following:

    - Soft reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.

    - Remove your watch out of your Connect Mobile APP and delete your APP off your phone.

    - Remove your watch from your smartphone's Settings > Bluetooth menu.

    - Download the Connect Mobile APP again through your Apple APP store.

    - Bluetooth pair your watch directly through the Connect Mobile APP.

    Test it further. If the issue continues, your watch will likely need to be warranty exchanged through Outdoor Product Support in your region.

  • In the Connect app, look for the green dot that indicates the connection status.

  • It's a pitty... We have to make that after each update??? because this is my case since each update and 13.XX

  • I am getting this as well and it's also driving me nuts.

    I've tried what Chris suggested but this hasn't fixed the problem.

    The watch is close to my phone so this shouldn't be happening.
