Bought Outdoor Maps+ subscription but not showing in Garmin Express

You have to go through the on-watch Map Manager app.  There is no GE interface (yet???).

Hey Dan. Thanks for your reply. I tried that at first and it didn't work. Was told by Garmin South Africa to use the Express application. Really frustrating  

Outdoor+ is only available for the U.S. area.

Outside US you will only have almost useless sat view maps.

Need to be near one of your defined WiFi connects when accessing via Map Manager.

Hi AgentMax. Thanks for your response. So I've noticed the website say 'premium maps' for the US, but they do speak of satellite images for everywhere else. Also I'm pretty sure I saw DC Rainmaker show a satellite image for Amsterdam where he lives on the same device (not the Epix) If what I see is all there is, then I feel this is false advertising because there is absolutely no difference between the satellite images, and the normal topo maps.

But anyways thanks again. I'll talk to support again on Monday. They've all gone home for the weekend.

Yes, you should be able to download satellite images for bird view. This has to be done on the watch itself. But that’s all. No detailed maps and so on. This is US only. 

Ok yea. I don't even get that. Lets see what they say on Monday. Thanks for your help :)
