I need to prevent any noise from my watch but keep haptic feedback. I also need to turn off auto backlight during workouts when turning my wrist. It should only turn on at the press of the backlight button. How do I do that?

    Haptic feedback is noise in the feedback itself so you will not be able to turn off the noise aspect.

    In your System > Backlight menu, you have a General Use and During an Activity option. Adjust your During Activity options based on what you want. If you do not want your backlight to auto engage During an Activity, turn off the feature settings in the menu.
