Hi, since the last firmware update, I have noticed that my watch consistently measures higher HRV during the night, nearly 10 points above my average. My exercise, rest, etc. routines are practically the same as in the past year.
Anything I can do?

I am also getting higher HRV values after the update. Maybe they 'changed/fixed' the algos, since Garmin was always showing a bit lower than my AW8 so now its more in-line with what Apple shows!?…

If you want to get your HRV lower for some reason, you can try getting more stress, drink alcohol, coffee, smoke cigarets, sleep less, eating heavy food, get a dispute with your wife, create some problem in your job, etc. or just do some hard workouts - all that will lower your HRV 
Personally, I'd be rather happy if my HRV went up.
Something is clearly happening also for me. But I don't think it was the update as I only did that 4d ago while the upwards trend started before.
Such values like I now I hit only a year or more ago.
Maybe I had a light form of long covid ongoing or something like that and now recovering?
