Ground contact while running

Hello,

I have read that running you can check your ground contact metrics (and others).

But I have only 4-5 screens that do not show these metrics but "ordinaries" ones and I can't modify.

If you have any suggestions or links for basics, thank you very much.

Find your way to the User Manual. There you'll find the information you need to add and/or modify the data screens.

By default, my running activity shows ‘ground contact time’, ‘cadence’ and ‘vertical oscillation’ on screen 5.

Thank you. I found a way by testing options.

User manual is really big and does not telle so many things. Sorry for my English. I am a French speaker.
