Repetition of training alarms for eating

Hello community

I setup an alarm for activity trail run to get reminded every 30min to eat. This is setup on the watch as "customized alarm/benutzerdefiniert", "eating/essen". The option "repeat" is activated and the alarm shows"every 30min".

1. Is it true, that this "customized alarm" could not set within Garmin Connect? The option is missing there.

2. The repetition every 30min did not work for the last week's (most likely since 16.31 and now with 16.36), but it worked some while ago. I only get the first alarm after 30min.

I read in the forum, that this bug were there around 2 years ago, so obviously it could happen.

Does anybody else recognizes this?

is this happening during a normal workout or when using a custom workout? There was much debate some while back about having alerts going off during custom workouts. Some felt the routine alerts interfered with the pacing or other alerts during a custom workout.

if it’s happening during a normal activity try removing the alert then recreating it.

Never has been possible AFAIK to set this in GC

No specific workout, normal Trail Run, but with navigating a course.

But you are right. I setup a heartrate zone alarm for normal running and when I do an interval or HIIT with running, the alarm gets deactivated, which makes sense in this case.

I recreated now the alarm for trail running and will test.
