Hello, can I charge my Garmin Fenix 7X pro watch with a MacBook charger? 61W

Output:

61W USB-C Power Delivery 5,2V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A, 20,3V/3A

Does the number of amperes in the adapter matter?

Yeah. Any USB charger will do, it'll charge slowly by default unless the two devices agree on a fast charging protocol. No need to worry.
