14.36 may fix battery issue

Change log for version 14.36 (only changes since 14.31, previous Beta release)

Fixed an issue that could cause severe battery drain for users with a Garmin Pay wallet and with 14.31 (or earlier) installed.

When I bought the watch (Feb 2022), with my daily activities, battery was dropping 6% per day. After all updates, new features and battery ageing, now it's dropping 7% per day.

I have updated to 14.36 I still have 1 to 2 % battery drain per hour at worst 32% battery drain over 24 hours. My watch was bought in Feb 23 still very new. I have hard and soft reset updated via wifi…

I have contacted Garmin Support and just waiting for a reply. 14.36 has not solved the battery drain issue. In 18 hours battery down to 76% at this rate I will only get 3 and a bit days of one charge.…

My battery went from 7D to 9D after the update? Don't know if that will happen or not?

I updated from 13.22 to 14.36 and I have no battery drain issue at all. it seems even better than 13.22. Reading most of the feedbacks from 14.36 users, the battery drain issue of 14.31 has been solved with 14.36.

When I first got my watch I got 9 to 11 days per charge with four runs per week. now lucky to get two and a half days per charge. someone help please!!!

Frustrating I’m sure but wouldn’t it make more sense to deal with it (pretend you have an Apple Watch) until you can get some support help to see if it can be fixed? It looks like .36 has solve the drain issue for a large percentage of users so your cause might be more unique. Rolling back doesn’t help figure out your issue. IMO give support some time (it is the weekend as well). 3 days between charges is not impossible to work with for a while.
