Why training readiness is not tellng truth?
Even if it shows 1 i can still run 10km in 10km/h and feel great after that. Shouldnt i be too tired to do that?

How long do you own the watch, does it really "know" you and your limits?
Few months. I mewn it maybe shows coreectly because at level 1 i am sleeping whike walking. But it does not mewn that i can not force myself mentalny and physically.
It's just a rough estimation. I will often get 1 e.g. after a hard weekend. This means on monday i *could* still do a hard workout, but it will be very hard and there is an increased risk of missing session targets (e.g. pace/power).
But i agree the algorithm has room for. improvement.
Training readiness does not factor in how far you could (mentally) push yourself. It estimates how well your body could perform a training and benefit from it. You can always ignore training readiness, but that may not lead to optimal results.
That's a good explanation! Exactly - if very fatigues (low readiness) you might benefit more from a recovery session or a day off. It doesn't mean you cannot train.
