Sometimes when I run outside my heart rate will spike up into the 180 or 190s for no reason. It will come back down to the 140s if I stop but then if I start again it goes back up. If I take the watch off and clean the sensor and my wrist I then get a very low heart rate for the rest of the run 70s or 80s mostly (but as high as 100). My normal heart rate for these runs should be @140 bpm. Has anyone experienced this or do you know of any fixes?
