How do I remove/clean Garmin watch (Fenix 7) grain of sand from sensor hole?

How do I remove/clean Garmin watch (Fenix 7) grain of sand from sensor hole (altimeter or termometer I guess)? I tried gently with vacuum cleaner and tapped water but with no positive effect.

Take it to your dentist. A dental explorer tool would probably do the trick. I'm married to a dental hygienist, so we have a few of these.

I'd leave it. Likely to eventually fall out on its own
