Audio/sound notifications during workout.

Hi. I have a Fenix 7 pro saphire (running currently latest firmware) and I am not able to set audio/sound notification to work during a workout. I want to be notified when an interval has ended or is about to start. I do get audio alerts when going for a run and pulse notification is activated. I have activated notifications for workouts and activities in the audio notification menu. Am I doing anything wrong or have I misunderstood what is possible?

    Hi. The sound and vibration settings are ok.

    I forgot to write the first time that during the workout I was listening to music on my iphone and using airpods. I got the pulse notification while music was playing. Today I connected my airpods to my fenix, and now the interval notifications worked as expected while playing music on my watch. Maybe someone from garmin can tell if the missing notifications through iphone is a bug or a feature?

    Mine is awful... each lap, each speedness variation over limits, and each interval I play, music stops and it starts speaking.. awful. Can you please tell me which menus you activated? in System Sound & VIB I have: APTIC (on); KEY TONES (off); WARNING TONES (during activity); VIBRATION (on); KEY VIBRATION (off)

    Test these main settings. I am not sure they help, but maybe a test could be worthwhile

    • audio prompts-> workout alerts = off (probably for the workouts and not navigation)
    • audio prompts-> activity alerts = off (no idea what this is)
    • audio prompts-> audio tones = off (maybe navigation tones, but probably other tones)
