Why doesn't my Hotkey option work on Garmin Fenix Sapphire solar?

Hotkeys option doesn't work. The watch buttons work fine. Even long hold gives a vibration. First my right top (start) button watchface hotkey stopped working (button works but the hotkey option doesnt after the vibration). Then I tried force shut down and start to reset. Still didn't work. I also went to settings and changed all the other hotkeys. The ones that were working too stopped working and functions the same way..why doesn't the hotkey option work?

I just went to hotkey settings and realized that the options have all got jumped up. The watch face option I got on the Start button has got shifted to the UP button, so it didn't allow the watch face…

Hm. Sounds like something messed up. Did you do a hard reset already (you will loose your data and settings on the watch)?

I just did a full data wipe hard reset and it still doesn't work. Infact I notice there's no long press vibration on the right top button. Only one press works.

That’s weird. I have an Epix 51mm, also on 13.22, but this is working without problem. Doing a full wipe on your watch should have set it to factory and it should work. No idea left on my side.

The software update has just jumbled up the hotkey buttons which it shouldn't have.
