Fenix 7: Balance ground contact time missing

Hi!

I am using the HRM Tri together with my Fenix7S sapphire solar. Since a couple of weeks the GCT balance has not been shown- neither on the watch nor in connect.

i think it was around a software upgrade of the Fenix. Is the HRM Tri not anymore supported?

Are other running dynamics (GCT, VO, VR, Stride length) still there?

What is the version of the software on your watch?

I nave run with a HRM-Run and HRM-Tri with version 13.22 and beta's 14.2x, and GCT-balance is present.

The HRM-Tri is still supported for sure.

You can try to replace the battery in the HRM-Tri, maybe is not working optimally if the battery is not optimal.anymore.

But if the battery is still quite new, you can reset the HRM-Tri by taking the battery out and putting it in upside down, hold it lime that for 10 seconds and then put it back in the right way up.

Thank you so much and apologies for the delayed reply!
It took a moment to get a new battery, do the maintenance and the testing .

it worked out perfectly. Apparently the battery was coming to the end of its life and on top was slightly corroded and dirty.
