Beginner strength exercises in Garmin

I'm currently doing physiotherapy after an accident and two rounds of surgery. I'd like to record the strength exercises I do but can't find those as what I'm allowed to do is apparently too noob. Talking about wall pushups (I only seem to be able to select normal pushups, which I'm not cleared to do for another few weeks), supported dips, doorhandle rows, etc. Any idea what to select?
