Duplication of training with different indications!

  • Hello dear colleagues)! Tell me please, modet who has encountered and noticed such a situation!? After each activity, it does not matter whether it is running or cycling, after stopping the workout, after pressing the save button, the watch automatically saves this workout and sends it to GARMIN CONNECT and while saving data about the workout, not everything, but some, for example, the average pulse rate, the effectiveness of the workout, active calories, total calories and time in The heart rate zones are different and double! After I click on the watch item in the menu after training DOWNLOAD HR! Since I train in a chest steering wheel meter, I usually press the stop button on the watch at the end of the workout, then save (after which the watch automatically saves the workout in garmin connect) and immediately select DOWNLOAD HR without leaving the workout menu below, after which the watch RE-SAVES the WORKOUT IN GARMIN CONNECT and it turns out that one workout in garmin connect, it is duplicated and saved twice, BUT WITH DIFFERENT INDICATORS that I described above! Please tell me which record you advise to give priority to? The first data that the watch saved automatically? Or the second data that I save using DOWNLOAD HR? I attach the photo below! And thank you all in advance for the help and answers)))
  • If your HR strap is connected to the watch when you start the activity, there's no need to press the "download HR", as the HR is transmitted from the strap to the watch in real-time, if they are close enough to each other. The "download HR" option is useful only in situations where you don't have the watch close enough during the activity, so that you need to transfer the HR data separately.

I've never even tried to the "download HR" myself (using HRM Pro+). But if it drastically changes the activity's results, are you sure that you had the HR strap connected to your watch before you started the activity?

    • Greetings to you! I used HRM SWIMMING earlier, now I'm also using HRM PRO+! But the problem is the same for both! Yes, I also understand that the watch automatically collects data from the chest heart rate monitor! But logically, the readings should be the same in both cases, since he takes data from the strap in both cases?Shrug tone1♂️ and they are different for some unknown reason! And I can't understand why! And which ones are better to ripen? Which are more accurate? But I understand you) thank you)
