Watch crashes when opening messages

Today, my Fenix7 crashed again during an activity. A WhatsApp message came in and when I want to read it the watch rebooted. Fortunately, after rebooting the activity resumed. This was the fourth time this happens. I also had the same when I selected a previous training and when the training was loading I want to read an incoming messages. Do more people experience this issue?

Anything special in that message? Unsupported character or emoji (in message or senders name)? Does it happen randomly or always when you receive the same message?

It happens randomly and with different usernames or content of the app. And not every day but once a month.

it seems the watch is too busy while doing 2 tasks in the same time and then decide to do a reboot. Yesterday, I did a bigger ride and then it happened again. It was a great relieve that after the reboot the recording was still ongoing.
