Fenix 7X Pro and Amazon Music

So got a wonderful email from Garmin the other day telling about a resolution with a problem that existed previously with the Amazon Music app on Garmin Watches. So far the issue is better and worse. Previously Amazon had playlists and the music was divided between songs on Prime and Unlimited. You had no way of knowing which were which and people woul get frustrated when a 50 song playlist yieled 10-15 songs on their watch. This email declared this issue would be resolved and all Amazon Prime members would be able to download the full playlist but be limited to 15 playlists on their watch.

I updated eager to try out the now fixed app.

It does indeed all the songs on each playlist but now does not downloaded the actual playlists. When you get to a sub-category where before you would you would have previously chosen a playlists it just sort of blanks out to something called playlist and that is all you can download.

As an examplle before you went to Rock you might have been presented with playlists like:

60's Rock

70's Rock

80's Rock and so on.

Now under Rock you select it and it goes to PLAYLIST and you have no idea what type of rock or songs you'll be downloading. It feels like someone didn't quite push out the full fix but I've no idea of who to contact about this matter. The Amazon app appears unchanged and this feels like Amazon backend server problems.
